Because each coop is built to order and shipping logistics are complex, all sales are final once your order has been processed.

That said, your satisfaction matters - and we’re not going to disappear after checkout.

If There’s a Problem

If your Alumi-Coop arrives damaged, missing components, or doesn’t match your order, contact us As Soon As Possible. We’ll work with you to correct the issue quickly, whether that means replacing a part or resolving a shipping error.

Order Changes

If you made a mistake (wrong size, quantity, etc.), contact us as soon as possible before your order ships, and we’ll do our best to fix it. We’re real people on a real homestead and we want you to be successful!
